Smart Boosters are an innovative research tools developed by AlpVHHs. Smart Boosters involve the site-specific conjugation of fluorescent probes to nanobodies, which does not affect the antibody activity while clearly defining the labeling ratio for quantification. Due to the small size of nanobodies (15 KD), Smart Boosters can achieve a higher labeling density and image resolution:
