IgNAR are single-domain antibodies derived from the variable regions of heavy chain of sharks immunoglobulin. The size of IgNAR is extremely small(<11KDa) compared to other forms of antibody fragment, which significantly increase the permeability of IgNAR. Thus IgNAR is considered of great value for research, diagnostics and therapeutics.
Phage display and yeast display are the most powerful and widely used laboratory technique for the study of protein-protein, protein-peptide and protein-DNA interactions. They are mainly based on displaying the interest protein (peptides, antibodies, scaffolds or others) on the surface of employing phage or yeast and then be used to interrogate the constructed libraries containing millions or even billions of displayed phages or yeasts.
Here we provide large naïve IgNAR libraries using spleens from more than 20 healthy nonimmunized Chiloscyllium plagiosum.
Features
Large capacity: 1010 individual transformants with more than 90 % unique sequences
