Description:
HA tag Nanoselector Magnetic beads have been specifically designed to bind HA tag-fusion proteins. HA tag Nanoselector Magnetic beads are based on small high-affinity recombinant single domain antibody covalently coupled to the surface of Magnetic beads. HA tag Nanoselector Magnetic beads are ideal tools to isolate or purify HA tag-fusion proteins fast and efficiently.

Ligand: Anti-HA tag single domain antibody fragment (VHH, Nanobody)
Bead size: ~ 2.8µm
Reactivity: Recognizes HA tag fusion protein selectively
Binding Capacity: High binding capacity, 10 µL slurry bind about 20 µg of recombinant HA tag-GFP.
Storage: Shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt store at 4°C. Stable for 1 year. Do not freeze.
Storage Buffer: 50 % slurry in PBS containing 20 % Ethanol

Background:
The HA tag is widely used for detecting, manipulating or purifying proteins. This peptide can be expressed and detected with the protein of interest as an amino-terminal or carboxy-terminal fusion. Because of its small size, HA tag is unlikely to affect the tagged protein’s biochemical properties. HA tag is useful for the labeling and detection of proteins using immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunostaining techniques.
