Anti-Mouse&Rabbit Heavy chain for IP, AlpSdAbs® VHH(HRP) is designed for detecting the Mouse IgG(subtypes:IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3) and Rabbit IgG Heavy chain. Anti-Mouse&Rabbit Heavy chain for IP, AlpSdAbs® VHH(HRP) is based on recombinant single domain antibody to Mouse&Rabbit IgG Heavy chain coupled to HRP. When performing immunopreciptiation (IP) followed by western blotting(WB), using Anti-Mouse&Rabbit Heavy chain for IP, AlpSdAbs® VHH(HRP) to detect the primary antibody, the influence of light chain can be eliminated.
