Product Description:
Antibody Multi-labeling Kits are specialized reagents designed for the simultaneous labeling of multiple antibodies. iFluor488 Antibody Multi-Labeling Kit for Mouse IgG2b can label mouse IgG2b antibody with iFluor488 by high-affinity, non-covalent VHH antibody specifically. Using iFluor488 Antibody Multi-Labeling Kit for Mouse IgG2b, labeling mouse IgG2b antibody can be finished within 15 minutes. The labeling reaction yields a homogenous, well-defined, iFluor488-conjugated antibody that is fully functional, and the product obtained can be used for immunofluorescence alone, as well as for multi-staining experiments.
Benefits:
Antibody Multi-labeling Kits allow you to add dyes and molecules to any antibody, any time. And you can combine different species Antibody Multi-labeling Kits with first antibody from different specie for multi-staining experiments
• Easier: No buffer exchange needed.
• Faster: Ready to use in 10 minutes.
• Less antibody needed: Label as little as 0.1ug.
• More useful: Enable different species multiplexing.
Protocols
1. Equilibrate all reagents to room temperature.
2. Combine 0.5μL of primary antibody with 1μL of iFluor488 for Mouse IgG2b. Add Buffer A to bring total volume to 10μL.
3. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature in the dark.
4. The antibody is now ready to be used*.
*Now the concentration of your antibody is 1/10 of the original antibody concentration.
