Description:
Anti-Mouse IgG&Rabbit IgG for WB, AlpSdAbs® VHH(HRP) is designed for detecting both mouse IgG and rabbit IgG in western blot experiment specifically. Anti-Mouse IgG&Rabbit IgG for WB, AlpSdAbs® VHH(HRP) is based on recombinant single domain antibodies to mouse IgG(H+L) and rabbit IgG(H+L) coupled to HRP. Based on immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, Anti-Mouse IgG&Rabbit IgG for WB, AlpSdAbs® VHH(HRP) detects the mouse IgG and rabbit IgG, no reactivity with human, cynomolgus, rat, goat IgG.

Background:
VHH are single-domain antibodies derived from the variable regions of heavy chain of Camelidae immunoglobulin. The size of VHH is extremely small(<15KDa) compared to other forms of antibody fragment, which significantly increase the permeability of VHH. Thus VHH is considered of great value for research, diagnostics and therapeutics.

WB:   1:10000-1:50000

WB:   1ul Nano-secondary antibody for 1ul First antibody

Dilution factors are presented in the form of a range because the optimal dilution is a function of many factors, such as antigen density, permeability, etc. The actual dilution used must be determined empirically.
